USER AGREEMENT
1. GENERALITIES

1.1. These rules govern the relationship between the Visitor/user/Customer and the Contractor for the provision of services.
1.2. The contractor shall post on the Website information about the services offered, other information related to the activities of the Contractor. Changes, including information on the provision of Services and their cost, carried out by the Contractor in its sole discretion without prior notice to the User. The information is valid until the Contractor makes the appropriate changes, unless otherwise specified by the Contractor additionally.
1.3. Full and unconditional consent and acceptance of these Rules is the placement Of the customer Application in the manner established on the website.

2. USE THE TERM

2.1. Site visitor — a person who came to the Site without the purpose of placing an Application.
2.2. User - a visitor of the Site, accepting the terms of this Agreement and wishing to place an Application on the site.
2.3. Customer — a User who posted the Application on the Website.

2.5. Website — the Internet site belonging to the Contractor located on the Internet at http://middlemen.ru where the Services.
2.6. Services-information services provided by the Contractor and available for Application On the website.
2.7. Application — duly executed request of the Customer for the provision of services selected on the site.

3. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 by Submitting his personal data when submitting the application form on the Website, the Customer gives the Contractor his consent to the processing and use of his personal data according to FZ No. 152-FZ "on personal data" dated 27.07.2006 in various ways for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
3.2 the Contractor uses the Customer's personal data for the purposes of:
- for internal report;
- to respond to user requests;
— to improve the quality of website products; 
— to improve the quality of service;
— to resolve different kind of disputes; 
- to monitor the operation of the site; 
- to send various e-mail messages; 
- for surveys; 
- to generate statistics.
3.3. Personal data collected by the Contractor:
- Surname, First Name, Patronymic Of The Customer;
 The phone number of the Customer;
- Customer's e-mail address.
3.4 the Contractor shall not disclose the information received from the Customer. At the same time, it is not considered a violation of the disclosure obligations in the case when the obligation of such disclosure is established by the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. FINAL PROVISION

4.1 the Contractor reserves the right to amend these rules unilaterally. Changes to the terms of these rules come into force after their publication on the site.
